Wash in cold or warm water, never hot water, as it can make me feel rough.

Dry me in shade and do not bleach.

Tumble dry on low heat.

Do not overuse detergent, as it can make me heavy and stiff.

Add bicarb soda (half a cup) or a sustainable softener in the wash to keep me softer longer.

Sleep tight.
